J. Crew - October (III)

I have a few more photos from my previous trip to JC. This time I decided to try a couple of items, but in smaller sizes than my usual ones this time around.  One of these was a favourite from the current roll-out, the Lambswool Tipped Sweater-Tunic. This is size XS in 'elm indigo.' It is supposed to fit larger, and this is as small as I would go, since the sleeves tend to get more narrow in the next size down. I really love this colour a lot. I also gave the  Dannie Pants another try, also in a smaller size (4).  They were on sale in the store and another 40% discount applied.

Zip Tunic Sweatshirt  (size XS, 'heather flannel') was also a favourite. I prefer my sweatshirts a bit closer to my body, so one size down works better for me. The fabric is all cotton. The pants are the same as in the photo above.

Next is the Studded Sweatshirt (size S). This one fits TTS, so no need to size down. I was intrigued by the studs on this sweatshirt and thought it looked pretty good in real life. The skirt is the same  Asymmetrical Zip Pencil Skirt in Wool I tried on previously.

Lastly, the Shiny Puffer Vest (size S, 'dark cranberry') worn over the  Studded Sweatshirt. This is again a favourite, and especially in this colour. The skirt is the same  Asymmetrical Zip Pencil Skirt in Wool I tried on previously.

What else I like:

  1. Rose, you look just like a jcrew model in that list picture of the puffer vest and sandals! :-)

    1. Ha! Hardly, Wendy, but thanks for the compliment, nevertheless. You are too kind. :)
