Bon Appetit!

View Sue's blog for the recipe here. I made this again today and it is TDF, and I am not kidding. I think the secret is the freshly ground nutmeg.  Thank you, Sue!

  1. It looks amazing but I'm not even going to look, does it have tinned pumpkin? That's so rare here, it's brought in from the US and costs about $25 a tin!

  2. Just looking at yours makes me want to make it again. Yours is so nice and high. Thanks for the shout out.
Tabitha, we need to get a black market started in canned pumpkin for Europe.

  3. Wow, this looks good and I love pumpkin and spice - I'm eating pumpkin and spice almonds right now, thank you Planters! Will definitely try this recipe, thanks for sharing!

  4. T.: I tried it with both but the one I used from here gave it a better taste.

Sue: Thanks, and you are very welcome! I cheated: used baking powder instead of the soda because I can usually taste the soda and don't like it. The powder makes it rise a bit more. ;)

xoxo: it's really easy to make and I guarantee you will enjoy it. I snack on raw or dry roasted almonds all day long.
